Financial services litigation specialists Stuart Murdoch and Patrick Fulton have made the switch from DLA Piper to Pinsent Masons.
Mr Murdoch joins as partner and Mr Fulton as legal director in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Mr Murdoch was co-lead of its international financial services disputes and international funds ESG workstreams.
He is a regulatory, ESG and disputes specialist with a particular focus on the financial services sector, advising clients globally on complex, cross-border matters involving more than 40 jurisdictions.
Mr Fulton has advised financial institutions and asset managers on complex regulatory investigations, disputes and enforcement matters.
The two hires follow the firm’s recent appointment of Jessica Wicker in January, as Pinsent Masons continues to invest in its financial services disputes offering.
Pinsent Masons employs more than 550 lawyers and support staff in Scotland at its offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
