A major funding agreement to the tune of R1 billion has been secured by the developers of The Paradigm, a new luxury residential development in the heart of Cape Town\u2019s city centre, banking group FNB confirmed this week.<\/p>\n
Located at 100 Buitengracht Street, the project will introduce 240 premium residences to one of the Mother City\u2019s most prominent urban settings.<\/p>\n

The scale of the funding is said to reflect a strong institutional belief in the resilience of the Western Cape property sector.<\/p>\n
\nPreggie Pillay, CEO of FNB Commercial Property Finance, noted that the city continues to distinguish itself through sustained demand and investment appeal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\u201cThe Paradigm is the kind of development that speaks directly to this market \u2013 well positioned, well considered, and aligned with the expectations of today\u2019s buyer,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Pillay said FNB\u2019s involvement reflects \u201cconfidence not only in the development itself, but also in the continued strength and long-term attractiveness of the Cape Town market.\u201d<\/p>\n

The development is a collaborative effort led by Vantage Property and Tiber Construction, featuring a design by dhk Architects in partnership with Fabian Architects.<\/p>\n
