The two-storey building spans over 4,000 sq ft and will also house the newly launched Park PM Academy \u2013 a dedicated training facility for staff development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Paul McDermott, managing director of Park Property Management, said the acquisition is an important milestone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe remain committed to identifying further acquisition opportunities as part of our<br \/>long-term strategy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cInvesting in our people is a key priority.
